As someone who has struggled with weight challenges her entire life, I understand what it took to get here for you – to arrive at a place of asking for help. I’ve fought through food addiction, binge eating, and been through an array of hating and loving how my body looks. I know what it’s like to have constant food noise and feel overwhelmed by diet culture, quick-fixes and results that don’t last. Coming from your same shoes, I also know what it’s like to quiet that noise, to focus on what my body can do, to have tools that work and results that last. That’s where Elysian is here to help! I’m a Registered Nurse with three degrees, 10 years of experience, and some alphabet soup behind my name, but who I really am is much more. I am an advocate, driven and passionate about change. I am willing to meet you where you are without judgement and most of all, I am wanting to overwrite any poor experiences you may have had previously on your journey with this current journey – your best one yet! I am so proud of you for making the first step and can’t wait to get to know you!
